Terms

1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the CACOOM online store. available at cacoom.pl, selling made-to-order clothing.

1.2. The owner and administrator of CACOOM.PL is CACUUM.STORE JULIA KOLCZYŃSKA with its registered office in Rumi, ul. Konwaliowa 18A, entered in CEIDG, NIP: 5882507671, REGON: 527447457.

1.3. Contact with the Store can be obtained via e-mail: kontakt.cacoom@gmail.com and telephone: 504 066 412.

2.1. The store sells sweatshirts and personalized clothing according to individual customer orders (e.g. embroidery, patterns, colors).

2.2. Orders can be placed via the website after logging into the user account or as a guest.

2.3. The condition for the execution of the order is the correct completion of the order form and acceptance of the regulations.

2.4. In the case of personalized orders, the customer is obliged to provide detailed guidelines regarding the design and parameters of the product.

3.1. All prices in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN).

3.2. The customer can choose from the following payment methods:

• Online transfer
• Payment card
• BLIK

3.3. Orders are processed after the payment is credited.

4.1. Orders are processed in Poland.

4.2. The store delivers via the InPost courier company (Parcel Lockers and Courier).

4.3. The order fulfillment time is 7-20 business days, depending on the complexity of the embroidery/embroideries and the current number of orders in the store, depending on the type of order and the degree of product personalization.

4.4. Delivery costs are provided when placing the order and depend on the selected shipping method.

5.1. The customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of a defective product or one that does not comply with the order.

5.2. Complaints should be reported to the e-mail address: kontakt.cacoom@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order.

5.3. Personalized products (e.g. with your own embroidery, letter, outside the permanent collection) are not subject to return, unless they are defective or inconsistent with the order.

6.1. The store processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6.2. Personal data is processed only for the purpose of order fulfillment and customer service.

7.1. The regulations may be subject to change. The changes come into force at the time of their publication on the Store's website.

7.2. Matters not regulated by these regulations are governed by the provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Act on consumer rights.

7.3. Any disputes arising from the functioning of the Store will be settled by the court competent for the registered office of the Store administrator, unless the law provides otherwise.
